As a (TREC) Texas Real Estate Commission & (SPCS) Structural Pest Control Service licensed home inspector, I am able provide both Property Condition & Termite inspections. Many home inspectors in the home inspection profession lack Texas State Certification with both of these State Agencies; therefore, cannot provide there clients with both Property Condition & Termite inspecting services.

Property Condition inspections include foundation & drainage, roof &
attic, outside & inside walls, doors, windows, fireplace, decks, electrical
& plumbing systems, HVAC systems & built-in appliances. Optional
inspections include lawn sprinklers, pools and hot tubs.

All inspection reports include Digital Pictures. Not all inspection companies use digital photography to compliment the inspection report.
